Returns Policy LanaiBlo
KJB Hair Ltd values its relationship with its customers, and offers a return policy for products purchased directly from it.
Under this policy, a purchaser may return to KJB Hair Ltd within the applicable return policy period of 14 days as per EU Legislation, products purchased directly from KJB Hair Ltd for a credit or a refund of the purchase price actually paid, less shipping and handling fees previously charged to the purchaser.
Due to the bespoke nature of the product, Personalised hairdryers are non returnable and non refundable.
No credit will be given for shipping and handling fees previously charged.
All products purchased directly from KJB may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date on the bottom of the purchase invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price actually paid, less shipping and handling fees previously charged.
Products can only be returned if they have been unopened, never used and in their original packaging. This is a hygiene policy.
To return the products, you must contact KJB Hair Ltd and receive a Credit Return Authorisation Number within the return policy period. You must receive a Credit Return Authorisation Number in order to return the products. Email email@example.com
You must ship the products within five (5) days of the date you receive the Credit Return Authorisation Number.
- Ship back the product and all accompanying components to KJB Hair Ltd. Credit for partial returns may be less than purchase price paid.
- Return the products in the original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment to you.
- Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
- Mark the outside of your return shipping box with your Credit Return Authorisation Number and your first and last name in clearly printed letters.
No credit will be given unless the product is returned. No credit will be given and no return will be accepted if a Credit Return Authorisation Number is not requested within the return policy period. No credit will be given and no return will be accepted if the products are not returned within five (5) days of the date you receive the Credit Return Authorisation Number. No credit will be given if the product has been used and not in its “As-new” condition. In addition, any returned products that are shipped more than five (5) days after the date on which you receive the Credit Return Authorisation Number will be rejected and returned to you.
Warranty of The LanaiBLO
KJB Hair Limited (or “the company”) extends this limited warranty to the original retail purchaser (“the consumer”) of the LanaiBLO.
LIMITED ONE (1) YEAR RETAIL WARRANTY:
The LanaiBLO and its parts are warranted against manufacturer defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty only covers the items specifically listed above for the period specified. If the online warranty registration form is not completed and returned to the company at the time of the original sale, the consumer must provide proof of purchase with any warranty claim.
LIMITED 6 MONTH PROFESSIONAL WARRANTY:
The LanaiBLO and its parts are warranted against manufacturer defects for six months from the date of purchase. This limited warranty only covers the items specifically listed above for the period specified. If the online warranty registration form is not completed and returned to the company at the time of the original sale, the consumer must provide proof of purchase with any warranty claim.
Excluded from this limited warranty are damages to the LanaiBlo caused by unreasonable or unintended use, abuse or neglect. Also excluded is damage from ordinary wear and tear.
VOIDING OF LIMITED WARRANTY
The following occurrences or conditions will void the limited warranty:
(1) use for commercial purposes;
(2) failure to use the LanaiBlo according to the company’s specifications and instructions including, without limitation, safety instructions and warnings;
(3) failure to properly clean and maintain the LanaiBlo as stated in the manual or online; and
(4) transfer or assignment of this warranty.
The sole remedy under this limited warranty is repair or replacement, at the company’s discretion, of the LanaiBlo or part(s) deemed to be defective. “Repair” or “replacement” will mean providing the labour and materials necessary, at no cost to the consumer, to repair or replace defective part(s) or replace, at the company’s discretion, the LanaiBlo.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
To present a claim under this limited warranty, email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorisation number, and then send the product with the return authorisation number to:

You will also need to include your delivery note, the issue you are experiencing with your LanaiBLO and your contact details.
The warranty in this document is the only warranty on the LanaiBlo. The company makes no other warranty of any kind, express or implied. All implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose which exceed the obligation or time limits stated in this warranty are hereby disclaimed by the company and excluded from this warranty.
The consumer and the company expressly agree that repair or replacement of the LanaiBlo or the defective part(s) is the exclusive and sole remedy of the consumer. The company makes no other representation or warranty of any kind, and no representative, employee or distributor or dealer of the company has the authority to make or imply any representation, promise or agreement which in any way varies the terms of this limited warranty.
